This site is the corporate hub of the Para group — the place that says, in one register, which businesses belong to the group and who is responsible for each one.
What we can say today
- The parent company is Para Investments LLC and the operating subsidiary is Horizon Services LLC.
- Its subsidiary owns and operates Sentinel, Nova Horizon and PrintDeck (owner-approved 2026-09-18, evidence U02). The parent directly owns HomeServ, TradeLoom, GigHound, Coastal Serenity, TradeFlows product, TradeFlows Guides & Lab and MirrorTape. - The approved parts of this structure are owner-approved (evidence U02, 2026-09-18); where owner confirmation is still pending, the register — and this page — say so instead of settling the question.
What we deliberately do not say yet
Founding dates, founder and management biographies, formation states, addresses and any company history are not published here yet. They are blocked on owner-approved factual records (owner input O02), and this page will not carry placeholders or invented history in the meantime.
